zeromus 87deb68c46 rewrite docs for 'this' argument passing. I found some of the finer points to be confusing (I was led to believe indexing a function off an object would bindenv the object to it, but it doesnt). So I changed the language to 'immediately indexed' and then tried to elaborate that.
